New Kids' Station for Australia

KidScreen announced today that the Australian Broadcasting Corporation will be launching an all-children's network, ABC3, before the end of the year. That's very exciting news for the folks down under; I hope it results in more Australian productions that eventually find their way to Canada, the U.S., and U.K. Here's the story, which features an interview with Tim Brooke-Hunt.
